Joel Scott-Halkes

Joel is an internationally recognised campaigner, strategist and co-founder. A former coordinator of Extinction Rebellion UK, he played a role in seeing the UK become the first major economy to pass Net Zero into law. The organisation he co-founded, Wild Card, succesfully campaigned for the British royal family to begin rewilding. His writing has been featured in leading outlets such as The Guardian, The Ecologist and Euractiv and as a spokesperson he has appeared throughout the international press including Time Magazine, BBC, CNN, Al Jazeera and more.
